Disadvantages of the SsangYong D27DT engine
The Delphi fuel system is the primary cause of this diesel engine’s issues;
All of the pipes, nozzles, and even the tank will become clogged with chips if the injection pump fails;
Weak electrical contact failures cause a lot of problems for owners;
When the glow plugs and nozzles are disassembled, they still adhere and break off;
It is frequently necessary to replace a turbine or an extended timing chain after 200,000 kilometers.
