Disadvantages of the Audi AEW engine
It fears overheating and bad gas, just like any aluminum block engine;
Frequent overheating and maintenance savings result in scoring;
Low-quality oil frequently causes hydraulic lifters to make noise; keep an eye on the timing belt’s condition because when it breaks, the valves usually bend; lubrication leaks are also frequently found, particularly at the motor-gearbox junction.
