The Tugella crossover, marketed locally as Xingyue, is the only vehicle equipped with the 2.0-liter, 4-cylinder Geely JLH-4G20TDB engine, which has been manufactured in China since 2019. This power unit was basically a replica of the Volvo XC60’s B4204T23 turbo engine.

JLH-3G15TD, JLH-4G20TD, JLH-4G20TDB, and JLH-4G20TDJ are members of the JLH family.

Disadvantages of the Geely JLH-4G20TDB engine
Here, intake valves are covered in soot because of the direct injection system;
Bad fuel cannot be tolerated by the engine; the candles deteriorate right away, followed by the catalyst;
Check the timing belt’s condition on a regular basis because the valves bend when it breaks;
Strange noises under the hood are typically the subject of the remaining complaints.
