Engine Renault H5Dt

Only the redesigned fourth-generation Megan sedan and certain Dacia models currently have the 1.0-liter turbocharged Renault H5Dt or TCe 110, which has been assembled in Spain since 2020. This power unit is referred to by its own index, HR10DDT, on Nissan vehicles.

Disadvantages of the Renault H5Dt engine

This motor is praised and only electrical issues are complained about on specialized forums.
It has carbon buildup on the intake valves, just like all direct injection engines.
Because aluminum engines cannot withstand overheating, it is also crucial to keep an eye on the cooling system.
Lastly, a new cylinder head with hydraulic lifters was added to the engines in this family.
