Disadvantages of the Renault V4Y engine

Faulty spark plugs or poor fuel are not acceptable for this unit.
This leads to the destruction of catalysts and the entry of their crumbs into the engine cylinders.
The oil channel gaskets beneath the front cover are another area of weakness.
Due to its limited resources, the timing chain frequently needs to be replaced by 200,000 km.
It dislikes overheating, just like all aluminum motors, and this pump has a short lifespan.
