Produced between 2009 and 2015, the Peugeot DV6ETED or DV6E 1.6-liter diesel engine was limited to a few commercial Partner models and the Berlingo. This unit is also available under the symbol DV6ETEDM in a version without a particulate filter.

DV6TED4, DV6ATED4, DV6BTED4, DV6CTED, DV6DTED, DV6ETED, DV6FCTED, DV6FDTED, and DV6FETED are additional diesels in the DV6 family.
The engine was mounted on:

Disadvantages of the DV6ETED engine
The primary malfunctions are linked to a fuel filter replacement schedule violation.
Consequently, the engine fuel system’s components wear down more quickly.
Regular lubricant leaks come in second, and multiple weak points occur simultaneously.
Replacing the sealing washers beneath the nozzles is a problem for many owners.
The remaining issues are brought on by particulate filter or EGR valve contamination.
