Engine Hyundai G4LG

Only the third generation of the i30 hatchback has been equipped with the 1.5-liter Hyundai G4LG or Smartstream G 1.5 DPi engine, which has been manufactured since 2020 at a plant in Zilina, Slovakia. Combined fuel injection, or having two rows of nozzles, is what sets this engine apart.
