Disadvantages of the EDDB engine
Although dependable, engines in the Zetec series cannot withstand poor fuel;
Spark plugs are typically offered first, and occasionally they are only sufficient for 10,000 kilometers; low-quality fuel frequently causes an expensive fuel pump to fail;
In the European version, keep an eye on the timing belt’s condition when the valve bends when it breaks;
The motor’s aluminum pan is situated fairly low and is highly susceptible to dents.
