Disadvantages of the Ford L1N engine
Despite its lack of power, this power unit is incredibly dependable and creative;
Clogged fuel pump filters are the main issue for owners;
At a range of 60,000 kilometers, the timing belt and bypass roller may need to be replaced;
Oil leaks typically originate from the front and rear crankshaft oil seals; since hydraulic lifters are not included, you will need to adjust the valves.
