Since 2020, Hycet factories have been producing the 2.0-liter Great Wall GW E20CB engine, which is fitted to both longitudinal SUVs like the Tank 300 and transverse SUVs like the Wey VV5, VV6, or VV7 crossovers.

The GW4N20, GWE20CB, and GW6Z30 are Hycet motors from the second generation.

Disadvantages of the GWE20CB engine
Owners of Wey crossovers voiced complaints regarding the oil burner during the first year of the engine’s introduction.
However, this issue was resolved in 2021, and these instances are now uncommon.
It has carbon buildup on the intake valves, just like all direct injection engines.
It’s also important to note that the original air filter offers inadequate sand protection.
