Since 2017, the company has been producing the 3.0-liter turbocharged Audi CZSE 3.0 TFSI engine, which is only found on the main A8 sedan modifications in the rear of the D5 or the Q8 crossover. This motor is a component of a hybrid power plant that has its own 48-volt network.

The EA839 series includes: CZSE, DLZA, CWGD, DECA.

The engine was installed on:
- Audi A8 D5 (4N) since 2017;
- Audi Q8 1 (4M) since 2018.
Disadvantages of the Audi CZSE engine
Since this power unit was manufactured recently, there are no records of malfunctions.
It is not feasible to replace the intake manifold separately because it is integrated into the block’s head.
With the hot side facing inward, the turbocharger is situated in the cylinder block collapse.
