Disadvantages of the Audi 1T engine
Despite all of its issues as it ages, this engine is renowned for its high dependability;
The electronic injection pump VE37 adjustment is the owner’s biggest challenge.
Because aluminum cylinder heads dislike overheating, keep an eye on the cooling system’s condition;
The timing belt should be changed every 100,000 kilometers because when it breaks, the valves bend; on long runs, the turbine, mass air flow sensor, and hydraulic lifters frequently need maintenance.
