Disadvantages of the Audi AWX engine

Although this motor is incredibly dependable, it cannot withstand the use of poor lubrication;
Camshaft cams and hydraulic lifters deteriorate rapidly due to poor oil;
Frequent thrust failures are caused by pollution and the turbocharger’s wedge geometry;
Because the unit-injectors are fastened with a single bolt, they may come loose and leak;
Tandem pump malfunctions are frequently the cause of engine failures.
