Disadvantages of the XU5JP engine

This engine’s unstable performance in cold weather is a common complaint from car owners;
Oil drives through the dipstick and condensate frequently freezes in the crankcase ventilation tube;
Floating engine speeds are caused by the idle speed controller’s whims;
Candles and ignition coils rapidly fail due to poor fuel;
Typically, the timing belt is unable to surpass the manufacturer’s 120,000 kilometers;
Oil leaks typically originate from the crankshaft oil seal and the valve cover;
The valves must be adjusted separately because there are no hydraulic lifters in this area.
