Disadvantages of the Y4 1.4 CiTD engine

This diesel engine is quite inventive despite its small displacement;
Although the Siemens fuel system is dependable, it is terrified of airing;
Additionally, the high pressure fuel pump’s PCV and VCV control valves frequently malfunction here;
Keep a close eye on the timing belt’s condition because if it breaks, the valves will bend. The engine’s crankshaft damper pulley and crankcase ventilation membrane are also weak points.
