Disadvantages of the HR13DDT engine
The start-stop system’s frequent malfunctions are currently the main complaints on the forums; like all direct injection engines, there is an issue with soot on the valves; this turbo engine was introduced not too long ago, and there are currently no comprehensive breakdown statistics;
Additionally, the network details instances where a flown turbine pipe causes a sudden loss of traction;
This unit’s adsorber valve and ignition coils are additional weaknesses.
