Disadvantages of the 2TZ-FE engine

The primary drawback is how extremely inconvenient engine maintenance is;
The tendency to overheat is caused by the engine’s location interfering with normal cooling;
Naturally, the power unit is highly sensitive to the lubricant’s level and quality;
Additionally, a lot of owners are dissatisfied with the high fuel usage, particularly in urban areas;
The front crankshaft oil seal starts to leak after more than 120,000 kilometers of driving.
