Disadvantages of the VW CJSA engine

A decrease in the system’s oil pressure is linked to the most severe engine failures;
The new oil pump and bearing strainers are the primary causes;
Both a phase control system and a timing chain are not very high resources;
The cooling system frequently malfunctions, such as a malfunctioning thermostat or a leaky pump or valve N488.
The turbine pressure regulator needs to be adjusted about every 50,000 kilometers.
