Disadvantages of the D4162T engine

Frequent oil and antifreeze leaks are the primary cause of owner issues.
Fuel quality is required by the Siemens fuel system with piezo injectors;
The EGR system and dosing valve need to be cleaned frequently because they become dirty easily;
Keep an eye on the timing belt’s condition because if it breaks, the motor’s rocker will also break;
This diesel engine has a small resource and is fitted with a particulate filter in every version.
