Disadvantages of the Kia S5D engine

This motor is dependable, and a lot of issues are related to component quality;
Keep an eye on the timing belt’s condition; it runs a little and the valves bend when it breaks;
Oil savings frequently result in the oil pump’s reducing valve wedge;
Butter frequently develops after 200,000 kilometers as a result of ring and cap wear;
A short-lived ignition coil and its wiring are among the engine’s weak points.
