Disadvantages of the B4164S3 engine

This engine is straightforward and dependable, but it detests low-quality fuel.
Candles and ignition coils are the first to fail due to poor gasoline.
For the same reason, the original fuel pump is very costly and does not last very long here.
Keep a close eye on the timing belt’s condition; if it breaks, the valves will bend.
The valve clearances must be adjusted once every 100,000 kilometers, and there are no hydraulic lifters.
