Disadvantages of the CR12DE engine

Stretching the timing chain caused issues in the early years, but eventually its resources increased;
Numerous instances of cylinder head gasket failure were also noted in the early stages;
This engine needs to have its nozzles cleaned on a regular basis because it dislikes bad fuel;
numerous grievances regarding the car’s inability to operate in cold weather;
However, the progressive oil burner after 150,000 kilometers is the primary drawback.
