Disadvantages of the XUD11ATE engine
The expansion tank’s low location is a design flaw.
As a result, occasionally the coolant level falls and the cylinder head gasket breaks;
You will experience injection pump issues if you don’t adhere to the fuel filter replacement schedule;
The costly glass of the fuel filter frequently breaks during installation;
Cheap oil causes hydraulic lifters to knock, and the turbine rapidly fails;
Few experts operate the electronically controlled injection pump, which occasionally malfunctions. During extended runs, the prechambers may crack and fall into the cylinders.
