Disadvantages of the EP6FADTX engine
Only the replacement of the fuel pump and wiring harness under warranty is the subject of complaints on specialized forums.
The chain can extend up to 100,000 kilometers because of the Start-Stop system’s aggressive operation.
Here, there is only direct fuel injection, and soot rapidly covers the intake valves.
Firmware is used to address other engine issues that are associated with electrical malfunctions.
