Engine Peugeot ES9J4S

From 2000 to 2005, the 3.0-liter V6 Peugeot ES9J4S or XFX engine was manufactured in France and installed as a top engine on well-known company models like the 406 and 607. In 2005, this power unit underwent a minor upgrade and was given a new ES9A index.

Disadvantages of the ES9J4S engine

Ignition coils and spark plugs fail rather quickly; Lambda probes are wary of poor gasoline, and it will be costly to replace all four;
