Engine Isuzu 4JG2

From 1991 to 2000, the company produced the Isuzu 4JG2 3.1-liter diesel engine, which was fitted in numerous SUVs, including the Trooper and the comparable Opel Monterey. The most potent models had an intercooler, while atmospheric, turbocharged models were available.
