The most well-known models of the British company, including the XE, XF, F-Pace, and E-Pace, are equipped with the 2.0-liter Jaguar AJ200D or 2.0 Ingenium D diesel engine, which has been manufactured since 2015. Land Rover SUVs with the 204DTA and 204DTD indices have the same motor installed.

AJ200P and AJ200D engines are part of the Ingenium series.

Disadvantages of the Jaguar AJ200D engine
The motor’s early years of production were characterized by the balancer bearings wearing down quickly.
Additionally, a timing chain has limited resources—sometimes less than 100,000 kilometers of run.
Fuel may get into the oil if there are issues with the particulate filter’s regeneration.
In engines of this series, cast-iron liners frequently sag at high mileage.
The fuel system and the EGR valve are the remaining issues with these diesel engines.
