Disadvantages of the Alfa Romeo 937A5000 engine

Falling intake flaps are the most well-known issue with this diesel; the exhaust manifold also has numerous issues, either moving away or cracking;
Here, the antifreeze supply pipes are bursting or the heat exchanger is continuously leaking;
The only part of the Bosch fuel system that frequently malfunctions is the pressure regulator;
The generator, the EGR valve, and the crankshaft damper pulley are the engine’s weak points.
